A past Representative of Somerset County 4-H, Nicole actively promotes avian science. She routinely works with the local schools to deliver science modules surrounding the life cycle of chickens, including the hatching of eggs. A sought after speaker, Nicole has delivered teacher workshops, in-service training sessions and countless classroom presentations. Her display at the Somerset County 4-H Fair have always been well visited. A former Deputy Director of the APA/ABA Youth Program, Nicole works with novice poultry enthusiasts at many of the regional poultry activities and has been involved in many of the regional 4-H Poultry events, including being asked to judge some local county shows. Nicole has also served as a NJ State Certified Tester for Avian Pullorum and Typhoid.
